Each position has an 'Update Price' button that lets you enter the current stock price. This updates your unrealized P/L calculations.

Njord Options uses FIFO (First-In-First-Out) lot accounting to track which shares you own and when you acquired them. When you sell shares, it automatically matches them to the oldest lots to calculate accurate cost basis and realized gains. This is the calculation that spreadsheets and most brokers get wrong after rolls and multiple assignments.
